Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise, and we accept payment through the available payment gateways listed during checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that it is valid. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. However, we may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or pricing and product errors. In the event that an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other external factors. Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. In case of package loss or damage, we will assist in liaising with the courier for claims. Please note that delivery delays are non-refundable, and shipping fees are only refundable in the event of an error on our part.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions, including receiving incorrect, damaged, or defective items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and claims must be submitted within 8 days of receiving the order, with photo or video proof if required.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been opened or used, returned for personal reasons, submitted more than 8 days after delivery, or if our company was not notified in advance. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these requirements.
Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
Promotions and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be applied before checkout and are subject to the terms of each individual campaign. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotions without prior notice.
