At Beauty Pavilion, we take pride in ensuring that all products are delivered in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for all skincare and cosmetic items once purchased.

All orders are final once submitted.

2. Order Cancellation or Changes

All orders are final once submitted.

We are unable to cancel or amend orders after checkout.

If you have urgent concerns, kindly reach out to us.


3. Return / Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered is different from what you ordered; or
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

To request a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.
  • Please reach out via our website’s contact form or email us.

Do not ship the product back without contacting us first; unauthorized returns will not be processed.


4. Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges under the following situations:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
  • Returns requested due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, dislike of texture/scent, unsuitable skin reaction).
  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps for replacement or return.


6. Refunds

Any approved return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item passes inspection and is approved.
