1. Shipping Coverage & Fees
We currently ship to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
A flat shipping fee will be applied, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Delivery Time
All orders are processed and handed over to J&T Express or other selected courier partners.
Estimated delivery time after courier pick-up:
- West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, route, and destination.
3. Third-Party Delivery Service
We engage third-party delivery service providers to fulfil all orders.
While we do our best to monitor parcel movements and work closely with our courier partners, please note:
We will not be responsible for any loss, delays, or damage caused by the courier or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Should you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us within 8 working days of receiving your parcel(s).
Requests submitted after 8 working days will not be eligible for investigation or support.
4. Peak Season Delays
During major sale periods, festive seasons, or times of high order volume, shipping times may be extended by several days.
We appreciate your patience and assure you we will do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or your account dashboard.
You may track your shipment directly through J&T Express or the assigned courier’s website.
